# Flowmoor End User License Agreement

Effective date: 2026-04-27

This End User License Agreement applies to the published Flowmoor desktop application and installer.

## License Grant

The copyright holder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the published Flowmoor application package for personal workflow use.

## Restrictions

You may not:

- Redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the application or installer.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or bypass protection mechanisms except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
- Extract bundled proprietary application code for reuse in another project.
- Use Flowmoor to access, download, or distribute content in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.

## Third-Party Components

Flowmoor includes third-party open source components and tools. Those components remain governed by their own licenses. See `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` and the official license files for each project.

## User Content And Platform Responsibility

You are responsible for the URLs, cookies, OAuth tokens, API keys, media, subtitles, chat data, notes, and other content you provide to Flowmoor. You are also responsible for having the rights or permissions needed for your use of third-party platform content.

## No Warranty

Flowmoor is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

## Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the copyright holder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the application.

## Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. After termination, you must stop using and uninstall the application.
